As part of routine maintenance work of the Island Private Access infrastructure, we will roll out a backend upgrade to the edge router/fabric/mesh components this Saturday (May 17th) during 12:00–14:00 UTC.

Browser users for customers that have connectors in the IL-A and IL-B networks might experience brief disconnections, followed by an automatic reconnection.

To check if your network is impacted, please check the connector’s network, which can be found in the Connectors page under “Connector details”.
